Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in a resalable condition (i.e., without any stains, damage, or alterations).
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective or incorrect.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Final Sale Items: Products that are marked as final sale or part of a clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized Orders: Products that have been tailored or altered as per your specifications are not eligible for returns.
- Worn or Damaged Items: We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
3. Process for Returning Items
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team via email at support@maharaniya.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. This process may take up to 5 business days.
- If the product meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Refunds will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days after the return has been accepted.
5. Refund Amount
- If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
- For all other returns, only the cost of the product will be refunded, and any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item under the conditions mentioned above, and place a new order for the replacement product.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for the return of the item and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

- Personalized or custom-made sarees
- Items purchased during promotional sales (unless defective)
9. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, the return and refund policy will apply. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
